Return Eligibility

We accept returns on selected items within 3 days of delivery ONLY IF:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item still has all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • The return is initiated within 72 hours of delivery
  • There is a valid reason for return (e.g., wrong item delivered, factory defect)

Due to the nature of fashion items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Worn, stained, or altered items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Intimates or undergarments
  • Change of mind

Exchange Policy

If you receive a wrong size or item in error, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the correct item (if available). Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed in the following manner:

  • Refunds are made only when an item is out of stock or cannot be exchanged
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us through our contact page
  2. Include your order number, item description, and reason for return
  3. Wait for our response with the return approval and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to our address (customer bears return shipping cost)
  5. Once received, we’ll inspect and notify you of the outcome

Important Notice

  • Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
  • We value fairness — and also protect ourselves against abuse or fraudulent claims
